Breathing Circle is a network of people who are committed to health and healing through breathing practice, self-healing through transformational energy states, conscious community meetings and workshops. Most of all, Breathing Circle people are into breathing with awareness. Since this simple practice has affected positive change in our lives, we meet once a month to celebrate the breath and introduce other people to this transformational tool that is Rebirthing Breathwork. Breathing Circle groups usually meet on the last Tuesday of the month in various places around the world. I recently restarted in person groups in Bournemouth. The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) is a week-long international Breathwork celebration. It is open to people of all ages and backgrounds, with or without previous experience in Breathwork. The conference is an uplifting, open-hearted, co-created gathering with world-leading Breathwork teachers and lecturers. BREATHE FESTIVAL

This is an annual UK based event dedicated to Breathwork. It is a gathering to celebrate and experience Breathwork as a powerful tool for exploration and expression of the true self. It’s an invitation to allow and empower people to be who they are and live authentically as part of this world. Held in a safe and nurturing environment, in the beautiful and uplifting grounds of Leela Centre in North Devon, it welcomes an array of wonderful practitioners who provide guidance and support along the way. There are workshops, talks and group breathwork sessions, along with a variety of other activities including, yoga, meditation, music, dance and much more.
